+Ry Dawg Posted February 5, 2016 Share Posted February 5, 2016 I'm not very high tech when it comes to this stuff, but I have a garmin 64st and a card I loaded with better maps from file depot. I cannot for the life of me make them work. It is as if they don't exist and I can't o it use the preloaded 100K maps. I got the st because of the maps (if I'm out of the areas I frequent, I still have basic terrain maps). Am I doing something wrong? Do I HAVE to have garmin maps for this model? Is there another model that would be better for reading maps from a card? I got the 64st because it was the nicest non-touchscreen that was available to me. I am willing to use a touchscreen if I can load my maps, however. I have been eyeballing the rhino series... but don't want the same problem. Quote Link to comment
