Hi,

I got a new phone few days ago (LG G2, android) and I have installed "WHREYOUGO" app. Until this time I was useing tablet ASUS MEMOPAD FHD 10 with no problems. On LG G2 I got problem with compass pointing to NORTH. The compass is pointing about 90-100 degrtees false to NORTH. The other "compass" applications on LG G2 are pointing the right direction (c:geo, geocaching, GPS assentials, ...). It seems tpo be a problem only of this application on my LG G2 phone. Does anybody have the same prolem on this phone or any idea how to fix it? Thanks

Every Android phone I have used has this problem. Both of my friends have the same issue. No active development on the app in a very long time so don't think it will ever get fixed.

Looks like I spoke to soon. I was adjusting some settings in the WhereYouGo app and found a place to adjust the compass. Go in to Settings, then Sensors, Then Angle rotation modifier, if this is other then zero(my was 270) then change it to zero and see if that gets your compass pointing in the right direction. Worked for me.

Good Luck!

Thanks for an advice. It worked for my phone as well. I just don't know why this "ANGLE rotation modifier" for myphne is "0" and for my tablet is "270". Thanks.
