If there is an issue you will get a message from the reviewer about that. Keep in kind that most of them have a life other than this and do occasionally take a day or two off. You can check the webpage for notes from the reviewer if you think you didn't get an email. Quote Link to comment

My first cache published within 30 minutes of being submitted. Others have taken 2 or 3 days. The time can vary depending on the current workload of caches for your particular Reviewer. Look back at your cache page to check if there are any communications from the Reviewer (You should get an email when any logs are posted as well) Reviewers have lives outside of Geocaching (or so I've been told). Moun10Bike Posted July 23, 2014 Share Posted July 23, 2014 Your cache is currently disabled, so it is not visible to the reviewers in the Review Queue. You'll need to visit the page and click the "Submit for Review" button at the top. Quote Link to comment
