+gasbottle Posted February 17, 2017 Share Posted February 17, 2017 When I log into the web site I see the yellow 'new message' spot but going to the message page doesn't show me the new message. What's more, I see only the last four conversations and there is no way to see any others. I tried using the new app to retrieve the new message but that doesn't even indicate a new message exists. Usually I get a separate email when a new message arrived but I haven't had one of those so I don't know if there is really a new message stuck somewhere or if it's just a stuck indicator. +Vluetkens Posted February 20, 2017 Share Posted February 20, 2017 Same to me for some days: the message center of the web version shows a yellow "1" icon on the top, indicating a new, unread message, but there is no such new message. iOS version of the message center does not show a new message. +Team DEMP Posted February 21, 2017 Share Posted February 21, 2017 Seeing the issue today. Cleared cookies/cache, tried a different browser, signed out/in. Still showing 1 unread message on the web site while the geocaching app shows no unread message. Quote Link to comment
