Adding Bookmark List is more Cumbersome

The actual adding of a cache to a bookmark list seems easier, but it's adding many more steps if you need to rename the cache name in the bookmark. I'd like the ability to rename the cache at the time I'm saving it to a bookmark list. With the new change, after saving the cache to the bookmark, I have to navigate to the bookmark list after the save, find the cache on the list, then rename it. Please put the old functionality back, or add the ability to rename at the time of save.

If you haven't already, then you could add your comment to the Release Notes thread. This topic will probably still be read, but might not be monitored as closely as the Release Notes thread.

 

The issue you're describing was addressed in post #23 of that thread:

First, as many of you have discovered there is a workaround to adding a comment and editing the title of a cache when you add it to a list - just right click “Add to List” and open in a new tab or window. That was left in place intentionally and we have no plans to close that particular loophole any time soon.

 

The right-click option might be useful to save you some time right now. It will open the 'old' Create a Bookmark page, where you can change the name of the cache and also add Comments.
