+jpbarr
"The Grim Slater Geocoin" I am proud to offer my giant slate Geocoin. This coin is a joint project of "JP's GeoDesigns and the Laser Logo Shop from Germany. At the European Geocoinfest 2014 in Ulm, the first copies went on sale and now the remaining Geocoins are up for sale just in time for Halloween 2014. This coin is a genuine European co-production. A small slate workshop in Wales has produced the blanks of Welsh blue slate. My design and graphics work And Laser Logo Shop in Germany worked the graphics via laser engraving into the slate. The Coin itself is very powerful and has a diameter of 8.5 cm full. It has, of course, been approved by Groundspeak, has its own icon and is fully trackable on www.Geocaching.com The high quality packaging in a strong printed metal tin with window in the top and the coins name printed on it, the coin is also ideal as a Christmas gift .. The Geocoin is limited to 150 copies. The Geocoin costs 15, - EUR. + shipping Edited October 10, 2014 by jpbarr Quote Link to comment
+ElliPirelli
As I've seen (and held!) the samples in Ulm, I must say, this is quite an interesting trackable, with unique material and stunning size! This is something for everyone: For those, who think size matters - it's huge! For those, who like stones, gems and Earthcaches - it's made of slate! For those, who fancy a elaborate packaging - it comes in a special tin! For those, who like scary Halloween designs - it features bones! For those, who don't like to spent a huge amount on their trackables - it's quite reasonably priced! Sorry, if this sounds like an advertisement, I did like the sample, even as I usually don't fancy those 'boys designs' with bones and scary hooded creatures... Quote Link to comment
