Converting Ibycus file to Mac... without a Windows machine?

Recommended Posts

I've downloaded the Windows version of Ibycus Canada TOPO 4.0, but all the instructions i've read so far on converting it for Mac use involve a Windows machine at some point (particularly, the point where you need to run MapConverter on a Windows machine to convert the file to a Mac file).

Is there some way around this? I don't have access to a Windows machine, and don't have the time to partition my HDD and install Parallels. Isn't there some way to convert the file to Mac format without ever having to use Windows? :S

Thanks in advance for any help! I am really frustrated with Garmin's lack of Mac support. <_<
