Mike in FN20hc
On Wednesday, 27 Aug I ran four queries.Today (Tuesday, 2 Sept) I deleted them and ran them again. I also ran a new query. The new query showed up for download almost immediately (as is normal), but the other four have not shown up on the downloadable list, even though I received emails for all five telling me they were available. Anyone have any ideas what went wrong? Quote Link to comment
Lil Devil
I deleted them and ran them again. I'm confused by this. If you deleted them, how can you run them? Deleted PQs can't be run any more. Quote Link to comment
Mineral2
I think he means that he deleted the files for download on the server. For future reference, you don't have to delete these first. When you re-run the PQ, it'll just replace the old files with the new ones. Quote Link to comment
Great Scott!
I thought the emails now had links to download the PQ without having to return to the site. Did that change again? Edited September 3, 2014 by Great Scott! Quote Link to comment
Mike in FN20hc
To clarify: I deleted the old "ready to download" queries which still had 1 day left on them before disappearing. Then I ran them again. But the re-run queries never showed up for download. Looks like I didn't have to delete the old ones. Can I just run them again now? Do I have to wait? BTW, clicking the "download now" link in the email just takes me to my main pocket query page, it doesn't actually start downloading. Edited September 3, 2014 by Mike in FN20hc Quote Link to comment
MartyBartfast
You never need to delete PQs from the "Ready to download" tab, just leave them and they will disappear after 7 days. You can run any PQ only once a day, but you can run it again the next day, and the next, etc. Each time you run it it will update the file on the "Ready to download" tab and will give it another 7 days to live. If you want to run a particular PQ again on the same day you will need to make a copy of it and run the copy (which will be a new PQ with a different name. I believe The "day" referenced above is midnight to midnight Seattle time, and not a 24 hour period, nor midnight to midnight where you are (if you are on a different timezone to Seattle).
