offline maps WITH co-ordinates

Hi. I am using my Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 more and more, with the c:geo app. I also have several other devices, but, sticking to this one for the moment, can others recommend their Favourite offline map app that shows co-ordinates? Google Earth for Android won't show them and Geotracker shows only decimals with no ability to switch (I know, I could use my Map Tools converter).

 

I want to use it for navigating to caches when I have solved the "abc, def"s. Free or paid, no matter.

That app is NOT supported (nor approved as I understand it) for use on this website. Apparently, it scrapes data and is not an API partner. You may need to look to that product's website for answers.

 

Have you looked at the Official paid App from Groundspeak? There is an entire section dedicated to it HERE

Hi,

the c:geoapp is not the point. Sorry if I didn't make it clear. I'm looking for advice on any another map app that will show co-ordinates as I move around, like a handheld gps does i.e. a GPS App

 

Re the Official App, I've had it for ages and it's abysmal. Added to that, it doesn't seem that anybody at all pays any attention to the reviews and complaints about it. I also have the official iPad app, which is far superior

Search the app store for a GPS app. I have briefly used Maverick Lite. It was free and had good reviews. I have used it to mark coords for a cache, and later went back with my Oregon to verify. Actually pretty close.

Thank you. I searched the App Store for "GPS" but Maverick didn't come up. Found it now by name and d/l'ed it for use today (I have a mystery cache to find)
