When I Make A Earthcache It Does Not Show Up On Map

You create a listing and save it. You "Submit for Review".

Once you've clicked "Submit for Review" the listing appears to a reviewer. The reviewer (for Earthcaches, these are usually named Geoaware-something) will read the listing, and if all is good, they PUBLISH it.

If there are issues, they'll post a log to the listing, and either wait for your response, or disable the listing pending fixes.

You can see the listing at the top of your private profile page. The reviewer logs will be on it, scroll down and see them - and they are sent to the email address is the one on your Geocaching.com profile - check that email account.

Sometimes those logs get sent to a spam folder. They come from noreply@geocaching.com

Your geocache has not been published. It won't show up on cache maps until it is.

Go to your cache listing and read the log left by the reviewer. Once you have modified your earthcache to add a geology lesson and educational logging tasks, you can enable it for a new review.

....as well as obtain permission from the Land Manager. The Listing submitted by the OP is located within Yosemite National Park. For reference, Dr. Greg Stock is the Parks official Geologist, and has been vetting the Earthcaches in the Park for several years now. I'm pretty sure he will tell you the same thing that I did in my Reviewer Note (i.e. there's no geology discussion on your Listing page).

So i Publish My cache and i go to the map and it doesn't show up. Do I Need To Wait Or What?

You don't "publish" a cache. You place a cache, and then submit it for review.

Earthcaches are different than other caches. The review process is different.

You might want to carefully go over the Guidelines:

https://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx

And read all the information provided in the Help Center:

How do I create an EarthCache?

An EarthCache is a type of geocache; it follows all the geocaching.com rules plus the EarthCache guidelines. One of the best ways to develop your first EarthCache is to read about and visit some existing sites to get a feel for how things are set up. You can also contact the local geoaware reviewer, normally listed as the person who published the EarthCache, to get advice.
