How do I transfer geocache finds from Garmin to gc.com?

I have a garmin 64s and have realized there are some caches I found that I have not logged onto geocaching.com. I also use my iphone and now use it to record my finds, but there are some geocaches I found that I recorded only on the Garmin. How do I get that info transferred or at least see the data with gc names and dates of the finds to get them onto geocaching.com? thanks in advance.

I couldn't get by without the calendar feature on our 60csx. Once a cache has been logged as found on it, it's recorded in the calendar with the date and GC code.

You may need to 'uncheck' the "Ignore before... " date, in order for them to show!
