+lumbricus Posted August 26, 2015 Share Posted August 26, 2015 Biotoppflege Magerrasen am Naturdenkmal Tuffhügel GC5YYZE Last Saturday Geocachers helped to maintain a natural monument together with the "Lower Nature Conservation Authority" and a great farmer! The employee of the LNCA/UNB introduced us very well to the area and why it's protected and which species are living/growing there, and why it's so important to help. We got a perfect brown-bag lunch from the farmer, thanks Simon! It isn't possible to maintain this protected area with big machines, so hard handwork is needed.
