+MikeofKorea
With the old map, there was a little sidebar you could slide into view and out of view in order to make your current map view a pocket query. That is gone with the new mapping system. Can someone fill me in on how you make pocket queries nowadays? Without pocket queries, my geocaching will be pretty scant. Quote Link to comment
RuideAlmeida
After you make any search, you will see a "Map this Location" on the top (right under the yellow bar). Click on it. The map page will open and inside the sidebar, on the bottom left, under the cache type icons, you will have "Save as Pocket Query". Click on it. Or simply build a Pocket Query. Thanks for the reply, but my point is on the map page, there is no longer any sidebar as there used to be. I would post a screen capture, but the forum doesn't seem to allow it. Quote Link to comment
RuideAlmeida
... there is no longer any sidebar as there used to be. Maybe it's closed... look for a tiny white arrow inside a green vertical little bar on the leftmost side. Quote Link to comment

Please carefully read the opening posting again. ;-) Hans Quote Link to comment

+Walts Hunting
That does show how it can be done with the old search. Fortunately they kept that but it is missing many of the search features like favorite points. I for one cannot figure why they would not make that part of the new search. They have mentioned that it will come in the future. Quote Link to comment
