Quick link trackable log

When we log a geocache and visit the listing afterwards we can quickly go to our log by clicking the logged on (date) link underneath the gc-code/link.

Isn't that possible to do the same for trackable items we logged? Putting a quick link to our log underneath the trackable code/link??? That way we should be able to see in a few seconds if we logged that trackable already or not.

You'd first have to define what "logged" is. It's more straightforward for caches with the "Found it" or equivalent logs, but for trackables it could be a Discover, Retrieve, or Grab. Also unlike caches, it's generally accepted that you can move or discover a trackable an unlimited number of times, so how would the site decide which to use for the link?

In the end, why do you need to know if you've already "logged" a trackable? There's nothing wrong with moving or discovering a trackable again.

The cache listing lists the first of either DNF or found, so something similar based on Discovered, dropped, or retrieved would be fine.

I'm a little disappointed there isn't such a feature, but I agree it's not a big deal. Mainly, when I do find a TB for a second time, I think it's cool to know that. Now, you just have to remember that it looks familiar. I've had a couple times now where, completely by accident, I noticed I was handling the same TB for a second time. That makes me wonder how many times I've done that without noticing since it's non-trivial to discover unless you recognize the TB to begin with. How many Diabetes Awareness coins have you carried, and how sure are you that the were all different?

I didn't think of that before. But there must be a way to show something under the trackable page link, no? I would suggest to put the link there of the first time you came in contact with the trackable whether that was a discovery, drop or something else note. That way you have an easy and quick way to know that you already came in contact with the trackable.
