Incorrect credentials

I tried using the Wherigo app on the iPhone today for the first time in a while (months), and it couldn't connect to the Groundspeak servers. It kept saying I wasn't putting in the correct credentials for an access token... but I was. Not sure what's going on there.

Soory, but this isn't the correct thread. You should look for the Groundspeak Wherigo player for iOS or, even better, create your own thread.

Yes, I can reproduce that for the iOS app. When I exited the screen after seeing the message you mentioned, I see an alert that asked if I wanted to retry. I tapped "retry". I then saw a page I could allow the app access to my account. I tapped the button and got into this loop. Next, I tapped the settings section. It showed me the settings. I then tapped the search section again. This time, it pulled my account information and displayed my user name. I could then search for cartridges.

 

So it does work, but it's a little hackey. Try that and see if it works for you.

I was also later able to get it to work... pretty much the same way. At that point I didn't go back to the forums. Thanks for your reply.
