To join anything at all, I mean EVERYWHERE you are sent a verification E - Mail to establish your account. Only problem is they apparently don't require that folks verify in order to play. If only they'd block people from logging caches until they do, the whole issue would be moot. Quote Link to comment

If only they'd block people from logging caches until they do, the whole issue would be moot. +1 Since much of the problems with cache and trackable issues is simply contact info, I'd think the easiest way to fix the many issues that are happening would be as you describe (block 'em until they comply).
