If you know of a cache that is no longer there, you can post a NA (Needs Archived) log. Quote Link to comment

If there's a few DNFs already, and no one else has logged a Needs Maintenance (NM) on the cache page, that's what probably should be done next. - That lets the Cache Owner (CO) know there's an issue. If there are already a few NM logs, and you're simply adding to the DNF list, then maybe a Needs Archive (NA ) log could be placed. - This lets the Reviewer know there's an issue with this cache too.
