It assume you are using the communicator plugin. There are several threads about that, but since I don't use it, I will leave it to others or what has been written already. The communicator places a .gpx file in the Garmin/gpx folder of your unit. You can do the same thing by saving the gpx file (either from an individual cache through the gpx button on a page or a pocket query) and copying it over to that folder on your gpsr or its sd card. You could also use third party cache managers that would do the same thing.
