new send to garmin via garmine xpress fails

Hi having just bought etrex 20 as the old legend stopped being able to accept down loads from geocaching, I tried it and fund all good yesterday downloaded caches went caching minimal issue

today Geocaching website not recognising gamin express and keeps asking to download latest version of garmin express which I have..

Then when I ask it to sen list to etrex 20 it states failed

 

Arrgh

Etrex 20

Windows 10

Everything was working fine and dandy earier today then stopped working

Really annoying as thought I hadthisdown load thing sorted.#

Same problem with my Oregon 650. Win 10 V1607. Latest Garmin Express (5.3.1.0) Tried with IE11, Edge and Chrome. Garmin express says "uploading", but no caches in device. It works fine with Basecamp.

Solved! The download did work, but didn't show up in Basecamp right away. I had to unplug and replug the Oregon before the caches showed in Basecamp.
