Lab cache delete does not decrease find count

Hi,

I have logged two lab caches. One of them I decided to delete, but my total finds didn't decrease. To make things even worse, I discovered it was possible to show deleted lab caches, and even undelete a deleted lab cache. I decided to do that, but then my total finds increased and now show 3 lab caches in the list of cache types found, but I have only logged 2. The strange thing is my public profile shows correctly 2 lab caches, but the total number of finds is showing total+1.

 

How do I get my stats in sync again ? Especially my total find count.

Log out of Groundspeak, clear your Webbrowser Cache, start geocaching again.

I logged out. Cleared the cache, and restarted the browser. The Issue still persists. I even tried a different browser (both Internet explorer and Google Chrome). I even looked in the geocache app on the website, and it also showed the wrong total.

Your find count will be updated when you log another find, or after some amount of time (perhaps 24 hours?) passes and the system automatically updates it.

I will try to be patient. It's 4 days since the "total found" came out of sync.

Hm.. the wrong Find count still persists. I wonder how long it will take before it will correct itself.

At this point it appears to be not a server refresh issue but a bug. I'd recommend contacting the Help Center and asking them to look into the issue.
