Is there a "North eastern" or "north central" group (Wisconsin, USA)? I don't see those options listed.

Wisconsin is categorized in the Midwest. It isn't a very active forum though. Perhaps you could start your topic here, or in a local club's forum?

You've already posted to the Midwest forum, so you you should be familiar with it. There is info there about groups.
