+TeamRAR! Posted November 6, 2014 Share Posted November 6, 2014 Hi, I'm wondering if someone could kindly point out where I'm going wrong? This is my first attempt at hiding a geocache (or rather, registering one that I've recently hidden). I am in the process of filling in the 'Hide a Geocache' information fields, and all was going well until I attempted to enter the date it was hidden. It was hidden two days ago - on 4th November 2014 - and I'm using the pop-up calender within the 'date placed' field, highlighting that date, and it's then displaying in the field as "4.Nov.2014", which seems fine. But... but when I try to page forward to the next screen, I'm getting the error message "Please correct the following issues: Please enter a valid date.". So now I'm a bit stuck. How do I enter the date as 4th November 2014, if it won't accept the date as generated by its own calender thingummy? Am I doing something wrong? Any ideas appreciated. Cheers. Quote Link to comment

The periods weren't my preference, that's just what appeared in the 'date placed' field when I selected the relevant date from the calender embedded in the software. I tried removing the periods but no joy. I can wait for the update and try again then though, not a problem. Quote Link to comment

I spoof logged in with you and was able to get to the page following the date entry, which includes information on cache size and ratings. Your saved data was present all the way up to that page, but then no indication that you had gotten to that page (as no cache size was chosen and ratings were still set to the defaults). Are you receiving an error when you try to proceed to that page? If so, try logging out and back in and then proceed through the wizard again. Quote Link to comment
