+crazypig88
If two, geocachers are out together and find a Trackable is ok to both log it? Well, if someone was going to take it, they could log it as took it from the cache, and the other person could discover it first. Quote Link to comment
Pup Patrol
If two, geocachers are out together and find a Trackable is ok to both log it? The cacher who takes it to move on would log a "retrieve" and the other person could log it as "discovered". It can only be in one person's inventory at a time, that would be the person who logs the "retrieve" log. +TeamRabbitRun
If they both want to get credit for having it in their possession, the first cacher could file a "Retrieve" log to get it into their inventory, then the second cacher could file a "Grab" log to transfer it to THEIR inventory. The second cacher would end up with it and be responsible for placing it into the next cache. By doing this, both cachers get credit for possessing it without any manipulation of the rules or funny logging. It would actually reflect what physically happened with the TB, which is what we all want. Quote Link to comment
