+kunarion
what does TFTC stand for. "Thanks For The Cache". In the case of a very mystifying unlisted acronym, you may have to deduce what it is by reading other logs, or contact the person who typed it. +justintim1999
Try to use it at the end of a nice lengthy log. Not in place of one. Quote Link to comment
+jmitchell238
First time posting. I figured this would be as good a topic to ask my question as creating a new thread. I have studied and studied Geocaching over the last while more so than I did in 2014 when I first started because I had some issues in life come up that preventing me from an ability to Geocache for a while. I've found many Glossaries with Acronyms used in Geocaching and even some as I've read logs, I was able to figure out the meaning of easily. I saw a few logs recently though that Ended their log with TFTC(Thanks for the cache) ACT..... Now I haven't been able to figure out what the ACT means. I can gather it's not that they took the ACT to find the cache. Just wondering if anyone knows that the meaning of that acronym would be. Quote Link to comment

I've never seen that acronym before, and I can't think of what it could be. It looks like the cachers momndad2boys put "TFTC ACT" at the end of all of their logs, so it could be some personal thing. Maybe it's the initials of the members of the family that were there for the find? Quote Link to comment

In nearly 15 years of geocaching I've never seen the ACT acronym used. In the log that A Team linked to perhaps it's the initials of the people who found it. If you are curious, then perhaps shoot the logger an e-mail and ask. Quote Link to comment
