Coin Test – The down under tour

For the second cointest, you must guess the total number of Penguins that we see on this vacation (Seen in zoos do not count, unless they are not in a cage). There will be two tie breaking questions: Guesses the total number penguins that we see getting eaten by polar bears. And guess the number of Geocoin I will be bringing home to my collection (that I did not bring with).

Winner will be able to choose one Geocoin from our personal coins.

An example of an entry would be:

5 Penguins, 0 penguins getting eaten, as everyone knows polar bears live in the northern hemisphere, and 80 geocoins (dont I wish).

Fine Print:

We will not be letting Maya chose the winner.

One entry per person per 24 hour.

Last guess April 14, 2014

23 penguins, 0 eaten by polar bears, 0 polar bears eaten by penguins, 3 coins returning.

Since the OP was edited to add: 'NOT' to returning coins, need to change our guess from '3' to 22.

Huge diff between bringing home 'old' coins and bringing home 'NEW' coins ... :)

I will guess that you'll see 11 penguins (none being used as an entree), and will bring home 31 new geocoins to add to your collection. 11 and 31 are my 2 favorite numbers (I wouldn't have brought it up, but since you asked...LOL!)

Thanx for the cointests, and have a wonderful (and safe) trip!

Shadow’s Friend and I had a great vacation! Thanks for playing along and all the guesses.

It was the wrong time of the year for Penguins, they were just starting to come back. It would be great to be in Fleas bay in prime time Penguins, they have over 1800 breeding pairs. We had a nest about 100 feet from our cabin that we stayed at. Due to the time of year we only seen about 45 penguins. 4 in nest 3 that came up on shore and 37 out in the water swimming around and feeding.

The winner is Chasusson in post #9.

Congratulation to Chasusson and thank for all other that took a guess.
