2osonice
When checking to see if my logbook find posted, I notice that other cachers' logs show the total of all their finds but mine does not. We are relative newbies with less than 30 finds so far but would like to see ours as we log our successes. Thank you. Quote Link to comment
+TriciaG
I just looked at the last cache you found, and the log does show your total number of caches found. I'm not sure why it isn't showing for you. Quote Link to comment

+T.D.M.22
Under your name is your picture. Under that is your number of cache finds. That is there for all users. Is that what you're talking about? Or are you talking about when it says in the logs. For example "Find #521"? They either write that in themselves, or they use third party software add that in. Quote Link to comment
+Walts Hunting
To put that number in the log automatically you need GSAK. That program allows all kinds of variables to be entered I.e. This is "log number" of "total finds today" and of "total finds". It was found at "log time stamp". That is only a start. You can setup key words. If I put "fav" in the comment field of my Garmin it will put "this guy gets a favorite from me today" into the log and chcks the award favorite point box. The possibilities are endless. I have key words for wet logs, ammo can and others. Of course if you are logging directly from your phone that is not available. Edited July 26, 2014 by Walts Hunting Quote Link to comment
+niraD
The app I use (Neongeo, on Android) has a "signature" feature that includes the ability to insert information automatically like the current time, the current date, or your current find count. I imagine other Android and iPhone apps have similar features. Quote Link to comment
