Power guy
What would be considered a "tool of the trade"? I see this on a few Caches and wonder what i would need. Edited April 23, 2015 by Power guy Quote Link to comment
cerberus1
Depending on D/T ratings and cache size, pretty-much anything from tweezers to a ladder. Quote Link to comment
T.D.M.22
Space ship, submarine, magnet, flashlight, or anything else. And yes there are caches that require a space ship and submarine. Quote Link to comment
niraD
Extension poles, UV flashlights, flashlights, trash grabbers, mechanics' grabbers, mechanics' inspection mirrors, water jugs, etc. Quote Link to comment
geodarts
Not to mention the string to dangle a magnet down a tube or pipe. Or hooks with wire. But it's one reason why I ignore most of the TOTT caches. I don't mind having to use a tool but I am not going to play guessing games. Edited April 23, 2015 by geodarts Quote Link to comment
K13
As you can surmise, a Tool of the Trade can be almost anything you would need/use to get that specific cache. I have had to use a grabbing device, a ladder, a hook on a string, a large magnet and even a bottle of water, just to name some of them. Quote Link to comment
