I checked the box to receive a copy of the message, but I didnt get the messages. So I think the other one didnt get the message either. Has anyone else these problems, or is it just a problem with my account? Quote Link to comment
+6NoisyHikers Posted July 27, 2014 Share Posted July 27, 2014 It could be an issue with the way your email is set up. Do you receive other emails from geocaching.com? If not, your spam filter might be weeding them out. Double check the email address you gave for your account, then check your personal email and set it to allow emails from geocaching.com.
