So not this is not the account that i check the most often. So i wanted to ad a extra email adress (my general one) on my account to be notified when new caches apear in my area. When i wanted to add the new adres it appeard that the email was allready in use! It appeard that many many years i allready started a geocache account out of curiosity ( 0 finds )with my general email adres.. I completely forgot about this. So i disabled this old account. Now i try to add my general adres to my real account and it's still not possible... anny toughts how this can be solved? Thanks in advance! Quote Link to comment
Keystone Posted October 21, 2014 Share Posted October 21, 2014 Write to Geocaching HQ Customer Service using the Help Center. Include the other account name, and the email address you wish to use, and ask if they can manually re-set your email address. Quote Link to comment
