not posible to ad a extra email adres on my account.

Hello,

 

I have a little problem...

For my account i have a emailadres specific for geocache related things.

So not this is not the account that i check the most often.

 

So i wanted to ad a extra email adress (my general one) on my account to be notified when new caches apear in my area.

When i wanted to add the new adres it appeard that the email was allready in use!

It appeard that many many years i allready started a geocache account out of curiosity ( 0 finds )with my general email adres.. I completely forgot about this.

So i disabled this old account.

 

Now i try to add my general adres to my real account and it's still not possible...

anny toughts how this can be solved?

Write to Geocaching HQ Customer Service using the Help Center. Include the other account name, and the email address you wish to use, and ask if they can manually re-set your email address.
