Since you don't explain what process you are using, it's pretty hard to know what is the problem.

What that link doesn't explain is one very important step: you must create your cache page and then go back into it to find the button for adding images.

opps, I see Pup Patrol already has it there.

I found that the information provided is useful but misses one key step - you must create your cache page first and then go back to add your images. The add image button described is not available until you have already created your cache page.
