Pup Patrol
From today's newsletter: Cache In Trash Out® (CITO) is an environmental initiative supported by the geocaching community. Since 2002, CITO has helped preserve the natural beauty of cache-friendly spaces. In that time, more than 240,000 people have volunteered at 11,000 CITO events. Every spring, geocachers gather together for a global CITO Week. For the first time in geocaching history, there will be a fall CITO Week from September 17 – 25, 2016. You can earn a new souvenir by attending one of the CITO Events held during that week. http://support.Groundspeak.com/index.php?pg=kb.page&id=792 B. Quote Link to comment
+The A-Team
I've had it listed on my site for months. They announced the September souvenir at the same time they announced the April one in an Instagram post (which I saw via Twitter) early this year, but that post mysteriously disappeared at a later date. +cerberus1
Nearest CITO listed (as of now) is 103 miles away. I don't think so! +1 I had similar, and that's as the geocrow flies, so almost double it. Was gonna break down and actually hold one, but it turns out we CITO often enough while out that no one needed "help". Quote Link to comment

On Saturday, I hiked the trail I used to maintain. Boy could that use CITO! Bags of garbage along the trail? But it's in an NJ State Park, and I don't like NJ State Parks anymore.
