+TBU1Bikesu Posted June 24, 2015 Share Posted June 24, 2015 After reading through the various problems, other members were facing with Etrex30, we managed to get the gpx.files working .... but the map shows only couple of caches (page "opencaching.com" ) but not all those ones we know by loading caches on our smart phone. It has often been compared to a desert as opposed to GS which is a jungle of caches. The caches you loaded are a different universe than what's on the app. No connection. Quote Link to comment
+Gitchee-Gummee Posted June 25, 2015 Share Posted June 25, 2015 Are you following the Garmin manual directing you to their (XXXX)caching.com site (the site you named)? If so, that is your problem. Just because their manual directs you there doesn't mean that you must use it. Try the geocaching.com website and see if you notice anything different. Also take note that you see on your phone app is only a partial of what you will see on the geocaching.com website. Quote Link to comment
