Cavrunin Posted May 5, 2016 Share Posted May 5, 2016 I have just installed the software for the Triton 1500 successfully on my computer. Everything seems fine. Maps, etc. show up in the Vantage Point window when I click on them. When I click on "My GPS", the window says,"GPS not connected. Settings on the computer show the device is connected. GPS device window says, "Connected to VantagePoint." Why is the software not recognizing it? How can I download maps, etc.? I'm a novice to GPS's....can anyone help me, please? This is a birthday present for my husband (which has passed) and I'd like to get it working for him. Quote Link to comment
