+TeeDeeKay
Greetings. Last year on International Geocaching Day, I got myself a Travel Bug tattoo. http://coord.info/TB58MCY I'm considering getting a second Geocaching tattoo on IGD '14. I'm also thinking about traveling to Seattle for the Groundspeak Block Party. If I decide to do both of these things, I'm going to need to find a tattoo artist in Seattle that will agree to schedule a session on August 16 after seeing what I'd like done via an e-mail. Can somebody please suggest a Seattle tattoo artist? -Mike Edited May 12, 2014 by TeeDeeKay Quote Link to comment
+Touchstone
My guess is that you'll get more responses in the Regional Subforums, but a popular online business rating site rates this shop as #1 in the Seattle area: Liberty Tattoo Just curious, but are you going to go for another barcode bug image or something different? Good luck with the ink! Quote Link to comment
Keystone
I am moving this thread from the Geocaching Topics forum to the USA Northwest regional forum. Quote Link to comment

+hydnsek
How about a tattoo artist who's a geocacher? The owner of this cache - Would you get a Geocache tattoo? - runs the shop where the cache is located in Bellevue. At least one local cacher has gotten geo-inked there. Suggest contacting the cache owner (the tattoo artist), and if it works out, you can use the cache coords to find her. Good luck! Edited May 17, 2014 by hydnsek Quote Link to comment
+TeeDeeKay
How about a tattoo artist who's a geocacher? Many thanks to those who responded to my inquiry. A Geocacher artist is perfect, and I have scheduled my appointment for Geocaching Day with Darcy, the shop owner who is quite excited about my visit. We are both looking forward to it. Just curious, but are you going to go for another barcode bug image or something different? I had my favorite Batman logo tattooed on my right wrist a couple of years ago, and am planning to expand on it with a part of a puzzle for a Geocache that I recently created called "Bat Signal The Frog". Unfortunately, Groundspeak could not allow me to use the altered version of their logo on a Geocache page, but I have been given permission to have it inked as a tattoo. This is what it could look like, plus the tracking code beneath his feet. Thanks again for letting me know about the "Would you get a Geocache tattoo?" hide! -Mike Edited May 22, 2014 by TeeDeeKay Quote Link to comment
