After logging a find, all my trackables were placed in cache accidently.

So all of my trackables that I have in my inventory were dumping into a cache. I never would have done this and for some reason it happened. I dont have some of them in my hands. Can someone from Groundspeak pull them out and put them back into my inventory?

Why don't you simply retrieve them from the cache yourself? You have the trackables, so you have the codes to do this. To avoid this mistake in the future, you can move your own trackables (the ones you don't want to travel via caches), into your collection. This way they can only be discovered by others and won't show in your inventory when you log a cache.

As the owner of the trackables, the code appears for you on the trackable page, it's directly above the Actions box, the bottom line of the options in the upper right corner of the trackable page.

use that code to grab the trackable again.

 

i agree with irisisleuk, you may wish to move these out of Inventory and into Collection, so that they aren't accidentally dropped again.

 

Making a trackable "collectible" is on the EDIT page. You need to do that first. Then once the item IS collectable, you'll find the option to move to collection on the trackable page, it's one of the ACTIONS.

But note that if they are in your Collection, then you cannot have them visit events when you attend them.

I move some of mine back and fourth. I have a few that I like to drop in event inventorys just for my records.
