+arukard
Hey Guys! I've got a little question, already named in the title. Is it possible to create a traditional series and ask the reviewer to publish it at the time of an cito event? Background: I want to make a series of traditional caches in a wooden area. I'd love to let the series start with a little event (I guess since we are in an urban area, there are about 10 to 20 cachers would attend to that event). It's first just a question and I am not even sure if I would do that. Sometimes not so many cachers are as good as a lot regards Aru Quote Link to comment
Keystone
That's fine, but I recommend asking the reviewer to time publication for the END of the event. For example, if the event runs from 10 to noon, ask for the caches to be published at noon or later. That way, people won't abandon their trash collection efforts once their cellphones buzz with the notifications. Otherwise, standard guidance applies, such as providing at least ten days advance notice, and including the request for coordinated publication in your reviewer note on EACH of the cache listings. Read more in the Listing Guidelines. Quote Link to comment

+Bear and Ragged
Or. Ask for them to be published the day after the Event, and hand a printout of the coordinates and details to those that attend. Quote Link to comment
