+rassilon256 Posted October 15, 2014 Share Posted October 15, 2014 I went out on EarthCache Day and found the cache I wanted, had a walk around and then did the tasks required. Early that afternoon I logged it and sent the answers to the cache owner. I haven't heard back from them, and my log hasn't been deleted. But three days later I still don't have the souvenir. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I can do? I wanted the souvenir of course, but also the special thing and its time-linked nature was part of what inspired my partner to join me for the trip. If I don't get it she'll be a bit disheartened by the whole thing. Quote Link to comment
+PnavE_81 Posted October 15, 2014 Share Posted October 15, 2014 The reason you didn't get a souvenir is because your found it log is dated on October 11th. Earthcacheday was October 12th. Either your logdate is correct and you should get a souvenir, or your logdate is incorrect and you can edit your log to fix the date. The souvenir should be awarded immediately after.
