+ham fam Posted November 8, 2015 Share Posted November 8, 2015 Pardon me for asking, but I don't think my auto zoom function is working. It hasn't auto zoomed since I bought it, but I only recently try using it. Could someone give me very detailed directions how to turn it on and test it and exactly what it should be looking like or doing? I used this feature on my last GPSr, Magellan Explorist GC. So I believe I know what it's supposed to do. What I am talking about is let's say I am some distance from the geocache, I find myself zooming in and out trying to get my bearings and then back in as I get closer. Pretty sure this process is supposed to be automated. Under Main menu, Setup, Map, Advanced Map Setup, Auto Zoom is set to on, clicking down on zoom levels all five options are set to Auto.
