Hi

I went to Bali and got 3 geocaches however I never got a Souvenirs ... Does anyone know why???

Almost certainly because there is no souvenir for Bali (I haven't looked), not all countries have souvenirs.

Groundspeak's marketing is based on bang-for-buck. If they can give out a million souvenirs for a popular country like say Australia, or a calendar date (egad!) like August-the-anything that people happen to be passing through, they'll do it.

 

Handing out a few thousand souvenirs for a rarely geo-visited country like Indonesia? Please be patient.

 

I had my best-ever DNF in Nicaragua, a country that had about a dozen caches at the time. I've got the memories, stories, and pictures as my personal souvenirs, so I'm not holding my breath waiting for a little image on a web page on top of that.
