android app with coordinates?

Is there an app that will give me coordinate readings that does not require internet access? This is for an older phone that I just want to be able to read coordinates from. My regular phone has the geocache app. but we need need to be able to read coordinates on 2 devices. I am 0-2 on older gps devices--either can't get a signal or can't figure out how to get it to give me actual location......

Any half-cheeked app should be able to do what you're asking. The GPS chips in older phones aren't that accurate however, and have single-handedly given phone caching in general a bad name. You may not want (cough!) to use an older phone to hide a cache...

 

PS, search the Play store for "GPS". There's one called "GPS Status" (if memory serves me right) that gives coords and plenty more.

Thanks!! I downloaded a couple gps and a couple geocache apps to try. I will primarily use my current phone but my 8 year old wants to have a gps too.
