+MarliedogUK
Did you start watching a cache from the cache page ? You might be receiving emails from those. If you goto your watch list, you can put a check mark against them, and remove them from your list so that you do not receive any emails when they are updated. Goto Profile > Lists > Watchlist Edited October 27, 2011 by MarliedogUK Quote Link to comment

+BlueDeuce
The bottom of the email should say either remove from watchlist or provide the bookmark list. When they click remove sometimes people miss the 'are you sure?' click 'Yes'. bd Edited October 27, 2011 by BlueDeuce Quote Link to comment
Pup Patrol
The subject line and the very first line of the email text tells you why you're receiving it. For example: Subject: [LOG] Owner: You are receiving this email because you are the owner of this listing. Subject: [LOG] Watchlist: You are receiving this email because this listing is on your watch list. Visit the web site to change your watchlist settings. Quote Link to comment
filips13
I'm the owner of one cache and I'm receiving emails every day telling me that somebody found that cache. There's no link in email that I could click on to stop it. What is the way to stop receiving those emails? Quote Link to comment

I'm happy that I've hid it and that people are finding it, but I don't need to receive emails every day for every single log. I would look at it anyway every day or so to see how it's going. @Bear and Ragged: Nobody said that I want to forget about it. If you don't have a constructive response, don't respond at all. Well as long as you have the cache, you're going to get the emails. That's the way it works. Many people have set up filters in their email accounts to route the notifications to a separate folder. +Bear and Ragged
@Bear and Ragged: Nobody said that I want to forget about it. If you don't have a constructive response, don't respond at all. If you place a cache, it needs looking after. Receiving the emails is part of being a cache owner. The emails can be numerous when the cache is new. (Or placed somewhere with a lot of visitors or tourists) A lot of new cache owners have asked if there is a way to STOP the emails. No, you cant. Maybe a Daily email would be a better idea? It has been suggested. As was said in the reply before mine, it's a new cache. The finds should decrease. (Unless it's near a popular tourist attraction.) Quote Link to comment
