Etrex 10 downloading Cache problem

Hi,

I have been able to download caches to my Etrex 10 from a Windows 7 PC for at least a year. I am now using a different Windows 7 PC and it won't work. It says I need to download the Garmin drivers which I did. When I click on the button to download the driver from the "Send to GPS" screen it says I have the latest driver 4.2.0.0. Can anybody advise if this problem is fixable or is it the PC at fault.

I did the IE 11 change and it now works.
