I found this cache !! Need a way to log finds without being a premium member. This was one way that I found to log my find.

1. It's perfectly OK/legal/encouraged to log a PMO cache even as Basic Member. If your log is in the physical logbook, you can sign online.

 

2. There are several ways to log a PMO cache as Basic Member.

2a: One of them is going to http://www.geocachingadmin.com and put the GC code of the cache in the appropriate field then click the button labeled "Log".

 

3. Posting it to the forums is not an online log as intended.

 

Please remember:

Online logs will be send to the cache owner and are the only "reward" for him/her for placing and maintaining the cache. Plus a good instrument to tell the cache owner about the actual condition of the cache. Good logging manners include:

• tell how you found the specific location of the cache, especially if there were special experiences on the way to it;

• tell how you feel about the location, the cache box, the logbook, the contents, the camouflage, the listing, the puzzle, ...;

• report if you have done cleaning, re-hiding, removal of inappropriate swag items, removing litter from the cache site or other small maintenance things with the cache;

• specifically report any persisting/possible problems with the cache or the location (use an "needs maintenance" log if appropriate);

• tell what you took out and put in the cache, especially if it's a trackable (don't use the tracking number, only the reference number or the name of the trackable).
