Got all six souvenirs for August 2014, but the Achiever icon did not unlock and show on our Souvenir page, how come and what can we do to correct and make it happen.

Not bashing, really. But even the support article isn't very intuitive. It says to visit your "trophy case". No where is the page you go to to unlock it (reached by clicking on the banner at the top of any page on the website) referred to as a "trophy case".

Did you go to your "trophy case"? That's where the Achiever souvenir gets unlocked.

Same thing happened to me and even going to the trophy case didn't work. When I clicked on the "7 souvenirs" at the top of the geocaching.com homepage the achiever unlocked. Don't know why it worked but give it a try. Good Luck

That *is* the "trophy case", as far as I can tell. Again, I'm not here to bash, but this is not readily apparent to a lot of people.

I wasn't even trying for the souvenirs but as luck would have it, the caches i ended up going for gave me the 7. I didn't do anything except log the caches after i found/attended them. Just checked and they are all there under my souvenir tab.

How did you get to the "trophy case" prior to clicking on the banner?

1.10. I found all the souvenirs in August, but I didn't log my geocache finds until September. Do I still earn the souvenirs?

 

You'll be able to receive the first 6 souvenirs by back-dating your logs to the correct date.

 

However, the Achiever souvenir will only be issued to those who have earned all 6 souvenirs and then visit their Trophy Case during the month of August.

I finished the 7 at the Block Party. My Achiever was on the page the next day. I didn't do nothin'

Does anyone know how the "locked in" number are assigned? When I went to the page to get my achiever icon, I did it at the same time (+/- about 5 seconds) as my wife and 3 kids (each of which have their own GC account). We figured we'd get sequential numbers, or as close to it as possible. Instead, all of us got the SAME locked in number! Strange...
