I've tried the app but every time I try to make the apk file I always get a parse error.

if that's the case, that is a known bug. you can try to work around it by removing openwig and its settings and reinstalling. that might help, if not, you'll have to wait until the bug is fixed.
if you never ran the program, then it's an unknown bug

When I press start this error appears.
Probably it miss some java classes.

netmite's pages say that version 1.6.0.7 of j2merunner supports bluetooth api. perhaps you need to install the runner itself for that to work, because the stand-alone APK doesn't have the necessary classes?
