Short term outage Rebooting the web server to apply several patches.

Rebooting web server to apply several patches at ~9:45pm PST, June 10. Should only be 10 minutes of on/off access to the site.

First reboot occured ~9:40pm PST and second reboot ~10:00pm PST. System is back up and running as smoothly as it can under the current load.
