show my direction? map view doesn't show compass

I just sprang for the mobile app... In general, I like it, but one thing disappoints me: when in map view, my position is indicated by a dot, without any of the compass-based directional information I'd get on google maps or my other, ahem, less official [free] app (both of these display an arrow instead of a dot, showing my current heading, which I find very helpful. Is there any way to turn that on?

It'd be nice for the $10 app to catch up with these two free ones.

I've been using Neongeo for a while. It has this feature. I don't really pay much attention to it myself, but I can see some people finding it very useful.
