Log-In impossible

Hi,
today i reinstalled "Geocaching" and wanted to log-in - but nothing is going on.
I touch to log-in and wait - then the process ends and nothing is going on. I only can close the "white" window and then i am again in the setting-window and can touch to log-in.

What can i do ??
Someone who can help me?

I just purchased the app on my iPhone 4S & have the same problem. PLEASE HELP!

Same here, just paid for the app on iPhone 4s and only get white screen for log in.

Another same here - I reinstalled it too. Several times. And turned my phone on and off... Most frustrating.

I can only guess that there's problems at Groundspeak's end. It would be good to know for sure though.

Our database server started experiencing performance issues yesterday, with the CPU spiked at 100% at staying there. This led to numerous observations of site slowdowns and broken functionality.

Engineering has been working on this issue through the weekend and this morning was forced to turn off the API in order to isolate the issues taking place with the database server. Investigation is still underway and we hope to be able to turn the API back on once the issues have been identified and corrected.

Thank you for your patience; we know that this is a major impact on everyone and are hard at work to get things back to normal.

I had the same problem today. Bought App, dowload OK, couldn't log in. Any info a server problems today?

Purchased the AP today with the same login problem, the white screen and everything.
I can wait until the server issue is resolved.

Thanks for the update Moun10bike, it's good to have it confirmed that there's a problem with Groundspeak, and not with us individually.

Hope the techies manage to sort it out soon for you before your email server blows up under the weight of complaints :-)

Looks like it may be working again. I just got logged back in and the app seems to be working well. Could be temporary, but I'm in now and heading for caches!!

We believe that we have this issue under control now. Please let us know if you continue to have problems.
