I submit a query for all my finds with the following parameters:

1000 Caches
Any Type
Any Container
That I have found
Difficulty greater than 1
Terrain greater than 1
Within all countries
From my Postal Code
5000 mile radius
Placed at any time
No attribute restrictions

I expect 274 caches to be returned but only get 171 returned. Anyone any ideas why this is happening?

There are a number of reasons why not all your found caches will be returned using thisd method, including the exclusion of archived caches.

Have you tried using the dedicated "My Finds" query part way down the PQ generation page?
That's the best way to get a PQ of ALL your finds, especially when you exceed 1,000
