iGeoKnife field notes to GC.com help - can't find support

I can't figure out how to get the logs from iGeoKnife to GC.com's field notes. Can anyone help?

It looks like (from the webs site) that you have to email it to yourself and open download it so the geocaching website can then find it under Field Notes
